I called 808 at the beginning of Sept and spoke to the cancellations department as I wanted to cancel my contract. I was informed that it would be effective 13th October 2009 and that the last debit would go off my account end of October. I was also informed by the same person that I would be credited with a pro rata amount on the 26th of September as that is my billing date. I got credited with the full amount!
