I purchased a 10 day free trial and paid $9.95 initially. 7 whole days later they billed my ATM card $39.95. I called to cancel subscription immediatly & was reassured my account would not be debited this amount. 1 week later I had to call again. I was told that the only notes were that I had called & said I "did NOT" want it cancelled. They will not refund my money & said that I should have cancelled.
