I also had the same problem. Turned it off one day, couldn't turn it on the next. I just found this info today as I was looking for a power supply for that model. Try ramplus.com the power supply # should be "fsp194-3f01 and the phone # is 866-554-9925. It's easy to replace but I'm not sure it's worth the gamble that the replacement power supply will do the same thing in 3 yrs or less. read full review »
