My Samsung camera broke under warrenty, I contacted Samsung and they advised me to send it to ICURE as it was the closest service centre to my home. I contacted ICURE and asked regarding shipping etc and they advised me that if I wanted it shipped for free I had to go online, I advised the person that I was going to post it in but I would pick it up once it was done.
