Like many thousands of people over the world I had an unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account by Nortons Antivirus Automatic Renewal System. The amount I was charged $99.99 Australian. I tried ringing the Nortons 1800 numbers but only got automated choices which did not suit the nature of my call. I looked up Symantec's web site and found contact numbers for Australia in Sydney and Melbourne.
