I can't believe that they did it again. All promise no action! No call back, no follow up on my first request for failed sim swap. When I again phoned the call centre on a daily basis ( Saturday when no response was forthcoming)- different stories but no explaination - phatom emails to supervisors and tech staff who never respond back. Now another sim card ( the forth since my pnone was stolen on the 6 th semptember all at my inconvience and cost) another failed sim swap - will it ever get done !!! If home affairs could drive ppl to suicide MTN is just so much worse. read full review »
