I booked 4 flights to Alaska from Minn. I had put in the wrong middle name for one of my passengers, I got the middle name from her 84 year old mother who was also flying with me. I tried to get the middle named changed but everyone I talked to said they could not do it. So of course they said I had to cancle her ticket and re-book!!! Of course that didn't work, for over & $900.00 I might be able to get her on a flight by herself and she had only flown once before and with other people.
