I am a Standardbank Customer. I am under debt counseling. Because of this the Standardbank will not re issue an existing credit card. Understandable, but not only was the amount owed paid, the debt counselor over paid leaving the card with a credit balance of plus minus R2700. We call Standardbank, who confirmed the money can be drawn. However, I cannot get my money out of Standardbank come h ell or high water.
