Over 2 weeks ago I took my 1 year old Tiguan in to have the faulty CD Shuttle repaired. VW removed the radio to send it away for repairs. My service consultant, Chadley, assured me that they would let me know the cost of the repair or replacement before they went ahead with anything. Well, I am still waiting to hear from him. I have phoned him multiple times over the last 3 days all to recieve the same story from the receptionist: 'His line is busy can he call you back?'.
