I had Purchased a Health walker with infrared through "NAAPTOL" online shopping. I had got the product delivered to my residence on 24/07/2010. The same stopped working on 09/08/2010 and a complaint to the effect was loged on the same day. But there is no proper response from their end. THey want me to come and get the product exchanged at their shop which is practically not possible as I stay in Mira Road and the shop is at Ghatkopar.
