I phoned the service number to get them to send my last account bills which were not posted to me (phone and 3G Internet account) to my email address and to do this every month from now on. They only sent the one bill for the one. Can't take instructions very well... A month and a half ago, I faxed an amendment form for my subscriber contract to increase the cap on my internet account - I confirmed the fax number by telephone.
