I have already followed this matter up with the Vodacom customer care centre. However, I am not satisfied with the conditions of the use and purchase of data bundles. The bundle expires at the end of the following month. If I buy a bundle the last day of the month, it expires at the end of the next month. In effect that bundle only lasts a month and a day. Surely a more equitable solution would be for the bundle to be valid for 60 days from purchase? My use is varied and I am sometimes out the country for a while on short notice.
