hi, My name is Rahul and recently 4 months back my wd 160 gb hdd got replaced and got returned to me thru courier. The Hdd being new got crashed in 2 months time. When I again generated a RMA online and wote a mail to them for a schedule courier pickup they still haven't responded yet by calling back to reconfirm. The tollfree numbers provided them by are either busy or not responsive.
