Hi, I have ordered a kids laptop (Order Number :HI1309100443) which was promised to be delivered on 20th Sep'10 but was not yet delivered till date. I have rasied a ticket in their useless website & I am yet to get a response. They are also not attending to the phone calls... I had a wprst experience 3 months before itself for similar order...My simple question...Do these people know what is mean by COMMITMENT? The above one was supposed to be delivered as a gift for a child on his birthday on 20th Sep'10. If only... read full review »
