MTN
I have lodged a complaint with the ICASA Board after receiving no response from MTN. I thereafter received response from the MTN Legal department but to no resolution and customer satisfaction. I still have not received my itemised billing from January and February and have no explanation on my billing. I am still receiving problems with my “FREE” airtime which they have an excuse for not paying me the full amount. I have sent more than 10 emails to MTN and ICASA and no one replies. read full review »
