A debit order of mine was returned due to the fact that my salary was paid in late. I made an EFT transfer for the outstanding amount to avoid suspension. My account was debited with this amount again despite the fact that I had faxed through proof of payment. I have spoken to three consultants none of whom has returned a call. read full review »
