Bought a Black Berry 6 months ago and the phone has been in for repairs 3 times. Phone cannot connect 3G as advertised, freezes, drop calls, does not have signal to name a few problems. I have written over 30 emails to Vodacom's Non Customer Service. Tried to speak to a manager but they are so well protected by the call centre ( I wonder if Vodacom has any managers ? ).
