On Tuesday, 6 October I called Vodacom querying about the outstanding balance on my account. I was told by the consultant that their system was off line and that he would not be able to assist me and requested that I call back in about an hour’s time. I did so and the system was still not online. So I have decided to send an e-mail instead. I have launched my query to the Vodacom customer care centre via email on the 8th of October 2009 at about 8h in the morning. I received an e-mail from Vodacom stating that a consultant will contact my within 24 hours. I am still waiting. Please advise on the matter. read full review »
