I wanted to file an official complaint about Pictavision. My husband and I were charged an illegal charge by Pictavision on our last bill when a third party decided to send us something of which we were unaware. When I called ATT the gentleman was very understanding and applied a blocker to our account so this won't be a problem again...for us.
