I took out insurance from Vodacom to cover my Xperia X1.The consultant signed me up for the premium band which is R12000.I have been paying R149 for the last 18months without any complaints.I lost my phone 2 weeks ago and decided to claim.The consultant had advised me if my phone was lost, stolen or damaged, I would have the phone replaced or I could upgrade and pay in the difference of the new phone and R12000.I informed the vodasure consultant (Raymond) of this.and he said its fine.They are only paying me R2800 as my phone is still... read full review »
