I have filed an application more than 7 weeks ago with FNB for a new credit card. Upon several enquiries, no one at the bank can give me the progress on my application. A lady phoned me just after I submitted the application to get my payslip, which I have submitted, but after this - nothing. I am utterly disgusted with FNB's service. read full review »
