Kgomotso at lost card stated that Andrea (ref 34862153) at customer service mislead me that I could temporarily stop my debit card (dc), as I have misplaced my pin for same, and could then go into a branch with the dc and id to uplift without any charges.Komotso advised I would have to cancel my dc and pay for new one (R80.00), and would have to do all this at a branch.
