I have a 20 year old daughter with an aquired brain injury who lives in the apartment of our house. She forgot to pay her phone bill and then panicked when they called. I paid the bill for her through my bank on several occasions and there is a record of those transactions. Anyways Virgin Mobile cut off her phone and then continued to bill her for service she is not receiving. They are aware of her disability.
