As a FNB Platinum account holder I applied for a FNB Platinum Credit Card on 8 September 2009.The call centre informed me my application was declined.I investigated the matter and found a fraudulent credit card was issued by another bank and furnished FNB with proof of the matter on 14 September 2009. It's already 19 October 2009 and I haven't had any feedback from them yet.I never had this problem with ABSA and will gladly move my accounts back to them if this is how FNB deals with clients - especially Platinum accounts. read full review »
