My first Blackberry Bold unit was faulty, it did not correctly connect to the Blackberry service. I called the MTN 1555 data line and they told me whatever I did on my Blackberry phone would be free of charge. I called again and they confirmed this. I soon after discovered the fault and MTN replaced my handset acknowledging that there was a definite problem with the handset.
