I took out a travel wallet into which I deposited all our holiday monies. Much to our dismay we can not draw any cash out of it as the USA ATM's do not accept the password that was given to us!! I contacted the helpline number in SA that is indicated on the card. I was told that I can take the travel wallet card into any bank and they will assist us by drawing cash out of it.
