It all started with my mom asking for a Quote . The consoltant said to her that my bank details where needed in order to create an quote and he promised that my account would not be debited . My mom then said than you and the consultant said he would phone me then to confirm if i wanted the insurance or not needeless to say he never phoned my mom then later that week got an sms saying thank you for choosing outsurance.
