On 10 October 2009 my borther went to the Vodashop in Glen Fair Mall Pretoria and wanted to take out a talk 300 contract on a Nokia E71 phone where the phone is free. There was no stock but a couple of days later he received the phone but the contract was still not activated. He returned to the shop several times and got the same answer. He called the shop Monday 19 October 2009 not once, not twice, not three times but plenty times, but no answer. He eventually took off work this afternoon and went there yet again!!!
