I have used samsung phones 4 the past 6years, everytime I have to renew my contract I would take another samsung phone BUT ever since I changed to U700 I have never had any joy with this handset from day 1, I have even lost count on how many times I have sent it back for repairs. I have only had this phone for only 2years, earlier this year I sent it for repairs it came back looking new with a new black cover.
