Called MTN direct on the 25092009 to request a new contract and number port to MTN. Received phone on the 01102009 with new sim card and number. Called Glasson back to query, what happened as I requested a number to be ported and NOT a new line. She insisted that I did not request this. Spoke to her manager Koos who pulled the call records and it was confirmed that I did request a number port and that MTN incorrectly gave me a new number instead. She did not even apologize to me.
