I purchased a subscription for this company's product 'Registry Mechanic' with an advertised 30 day money back guarantee. When I used the product, it brought my operating system (which was compatible with the product) to a grinding halt. All my complaints and requests for support (Four) have been re-acted to with an automated response but have further simply been ignored.
