When we first defaulted we were approached by an external debt collector. We were placed on what was called a 70% rehab program. We started paying this amount and after the first month, I was called by the bank 2 find out why we were not paying the full amount. The gentleman I spoke 2 then said he is freezing the account & that Standard bank will call us. After 4 months i called the bank 2 find out what was happening.
