I had to do a SIM swop to get a new SIM card because my new phone would not pick up my old one. The guy behind the desk told me that I had to wait 4 - 24 hours for my new SIM card to be activated. That was on the 2nd of October. It's now the 4th of October and I'm still waiting for the SIM card to be activated. Is this normal? Is there anyone that has had the same problems as I have?
