I have a contract with MTN and I receive R75 data bunles on my modem every month on the 20th. The bundles came through on my modem on the 20th and I spent about 10 minutes going though my e-mails the same day. I tried logging on again on the 21st, only to discover that the bundles were finished. I phoned the call centre and spoke to Melissah who gave ref # 51166543 and promised that someone from the technical team will contact me soon, but to this date nobody ever got back to me. read full review »
