Phoning MTM to report the account I received was incorrect because I do not have a cell phone contract with them, resulted in me being told I should phone from the phone concerned (which a criminal has). Using a copy of my ID and a payslip stolen with a batch of teachers' documentation from the provincial offices; this criminal got a debit order and raked up R6000 worth of phone calls. I am MRS SANDRA GERBER but MTN did so little checking that they allowed an AFRICAN MALE TO CLAIM TO BE MRS SANDRA GERBER!
