My husband and I booked a flight to London online. We entered all our details including credit card deatils and at the end of the process were told to start the process again as there had been an error. We found out that they had debited our account for the ticket but we recieved no confirmation of this booking, nor was there any record of this booking ever being made on their side according to the call centre agents.
