In August 2009, I made a double payment to Cell C in error. On 28.09.2009 I contacted 14302 to check my balance, was informed that the current unbilled call charges were R1140.87. Contacted Cell C customer care and spoke to Kevesh, who informed me that Cell C owed me money R25.40, when I queried the amount of R1140.87 he told me that he could not see anything on his system as the account had been 'closed' because of the double payment.
