This company is a SCAM if I ever saw one. We had a high pressure fear mongering sales person come to our door 4 years ago and pressured my wife into signing a 5 year contract. The company has never confirmed the contract meaning it should not be in effect 40 days past the high pressure sales event. They activated it anyway and I've been paying 25% more for electricity for the past 4 years than without this scam.
