Sir, I am the owner of a honda eviator scooter (KL 39 A 7192). I purchased it from M/s EVM Honda, Cochin, Kerala. My grievance is the poor quality of the service provided by the said service centre. I gave my vehicle for service on 1/10/10. Since 2nd and 3rd were public holidays, my due date was given as 4th. I called the centre by about 4.15 and i was told that the vehicle is ready and i can get it immediately.
