I called in about 3 month ago to cancel my MTN contract, to ensure that the contract is canceled at the time when my contract expire, I don't want to continue with the contract. The cancelation date was obviously done incorrectly because I received my bill with the new Normal fees. I havent used my MTN phone now for a while... and when I wanted to use it to enquire using 808 number the sim card seemed to be unregistered. Dialing the 083 1 808 number is completely useless...
