On the 12th of October I realized I had been double billed for the month of October (R1390). I logged a complaint with the Accounts department (13th) and was told that they're aware of the problem as they sent the wrong file to the bank and double billed a couple of people. I asked for a refund. I was told to expect it by the end of the week. On the 21st I phoned them again as I still had no refund.
