I signed up for Telkom's Closer 4 package which is stated to cost R462 incl VAT on their website. When I get my bill, I see they've added Ti-AllAccess to my bill at an additional cost of R69.30 excl VAT. I would love to know where on their website or in any printed material they mention this cost? I don't appreciate being ripped off and I know that hiding costs is illegal, so what are Telkom going to do about this? read full review »
