We have been without internet since the weekend of the 24th of October 2009. Although we cannot afford to be without such a vital line of communication we understand that technical issues can happen. Our Problem is with the lack of response and overall incompetence of the Neotel staff. After countless attempts to get information as to what the problem was and when it will be resolved we got absolutely no where.
