I came from another so called fast connection, which was useless and decided to go with Neotel. Got Neotel Prime, apparently a fast connection, was told that my area was perfect. Since day 1 it has been struggling, dropping connectioncalls, when I phone people they can't hear me or it just drops mid conversation. I alerted them of the problem numerous times and said I am not getting the service I was promised and which they want to bill me for.
