I also purchased a leather Palliser sofa, loveseat & armchair in 2008. When our set was delivered to us 12 weeks later, the seams on the arm of the sofa were also puckered. I immediately called the store that I purchased the set and a complaint was sent to Palliser. I was advised by Palliser that there was nothing they could do, (so much for their warranty). Needless to say I would never buy Palliser furniture again. Poor quality and expensive price tag, not to mention terrible customer service! read full review »
