HI, I purchased Airtel DTH connection through Airtel website online. The very next day the technical person came and installed the Hardware, but the channels are not getting displayed. I got the Error Code 6 (Recharge was not done error) though I already made payment through my credit card it got credited to the my DTH account too. I called customer care and registered the complaint. They are not solving the prblem but they just close the complaint. This happend for 3-4 times for me and am still waiting for the connection to activate for 4 days. Pathetic service by Airtel DTH team. Dont ever purchase Airtel DTH through online. read full review »
