Dear Sir/Madam I booked a ticket from travelchacha.com on 24-09-10. It was a return ticket from Chandigarh to Mumbai amount of ticket is Rs. 9596 with Reference no. AONQYA. Amount was debited from my account and ticket was not issued as they said prices are changed. I told them to refund my money they said that amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
