On September 1oth sales representative Beatrice Felix came to my home. I placed an order, and gave 110.80 cash and a checque for 1000.00 as the downpayment. After reviewing the company with the Better Business Bureau and the Provincial Consumers Affairs Office I decieded to cancel the order. As per the contract I faxed them a letter of cancellation on September 13. The sales rep Beatrice Felix called me and asked why I was cancelling.
