Neotel first nearly forced my boyfriend's grand-parents to get Neotel since they never sent a quote but arrived with everything ready. Hence his grand parents accepted and the telephone/internet ended up in our flat. They delivered it in June (so be careful as soon as it is delivered you will start paying) and we only started using it in July!
