My husband was employed by Protea Coin, Port Elizabeth for a period of two years. He resigned at the end of July, and is still waiting for his papers for the provident fund. We have send numerous sms's in this regard to his direct supervisor to no avail. On enquiry, two weeks ago, Veronica, the HR clerk, was sarcastic in saying that she will have to find out from the postman where the parcel containing the documents was, but that she will now courier it.
